Psionic Thief
The Psionic Thief is one who excels in a very unique ability; stealing a being's own psychic life force from them. She can take a mere touch and turn it into a feast of psionic power. The ones who master this art are few and far between, but those that do can never be at loss for psionic energy.
Psions and psychic warriors are the obvious classes that well-suit this class, although an ex-monk with some psychic power could put the Psionic Thief's abilities to great use. As NPCs, Psionic Thieves are the mysterious cloaked figures in inns and taverns, or wandering warriors looking for a good duel.
