Tros teaches all of his worshippers to go to great lengths to bring the destruction of all other humanoids, but Elves and Humans in particular. He teaches the endless slaughter and killing of however many it takes to come to power.
He takes pleasure in making people suffer and die. He enjoys immensely to see his worshippers and followers succeed, and helps as much as possible, within his limits.
